Who We Are

With over 20 years of experience, Emergency Water Supply (EWS) specializes in providing comprehensive base camp and emergency response solutions. Our expertise has supported organizations such as California Conservation Camps, Pacific Gas and Electric, California Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service, and California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection in executing large-scale, long-term projects and emergency operations.

Our Capabilities

1. Base Camp Support Services

  • Fully equipped base camps for up to 4,500 personnel

  • Sleeping accommodations, including insulated shelters that hold 20+ individuals

  • Administrative Trailers for command and operational coordination

  • Food Preparation Trailers for meal preparation

  • Scullery units for large-scale dishwashing operations

  • Temporary structures such as 20' x 40' and smaller canopies for operational flexibility

  • Forklifts, gas/electric UTVs, and golf carts for material handling and transport

  • Tables and chairs for hundreds of people

  • Preventative maintenance to ensure that the base camp can continue running smoothly

2. Water & Sanitation Services

  • 1,600-gallon potable & grey water trucks for sustained water supply

  • Handwash trailers for hygiene maintenance

  • Shower trailers & laundry units for personnel support

3. Power & Lighting Solutions

  • Generators up to 125 kW for power supply in remote locations

  • Portable lighting units from light towers to string lighting ensures safe operations around the clock

4. Refrigeration & Food Storage

  • Refrigeration trailers for perishable food storage

  • Temperature-controlled units to maintain food safety standards

5. Traffic control packages

  • Delineators, signage, and more for site safety and security

6. Logistics

  • We encourage our clients to come to us for any needs they have whether it is wood chips or fuel trucks, EWS has been able to procure any goods that is needed to get the job done.
